Mr. Manish Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Techment Technology
Manish is the founder and CEO of Techment Technology, which employs over 150+ professionals and has its global footprint in India and the US. With 17 years of entrepreneurial experience, he co-founded picsquare.com (an e-commerce startup) in 2005 and successfully exited it in 2009. In 2013, Manish returned to his hometown Bhilai in Chhattisgarh and incorporated Techment Technology, a fast-growing IT-firm providing data and innovative technology solutions.
Manish holds a Bachelor of Technology from the prestigious IIT Bombay and an MS from Purdue University, which is a fine testament to his love for technology.
Under his leadership, Techment is registering 100% team growth with inclusive diversity and supportive leadership values.
Techment’s vision is to create an IT-ecosystem in tier-2 town to provide opportunities for the local talent, to enable people to be their families and build a career in technology. Techment a targeting to be a team of 1000+ by 2025.
Mr. Prathmesh Kant, Co-Founder & CEO, Aggois
Prathmesh Kant is B. Tech. Computer Science graduate from IIT Kanpur, Class of 2003. During college time, he was elected to and served the office of President, Students’ Gymkhana for 2002-03. After graduation, he worked at Adobe Systems Noida (Technology) for about 2 years and most of his corporate career has been at Goldman Sachs, Bangalore in Quantitative Strategy team for 7.5 years. In his last held role at Goldman, he was Vice President in Global Credit Strategy team and was working with bank loan syndication and trading business for London and New York.
Mid-2014, he quit Goldman to startup Farebond- a cusp of finance and travel domains and later he founded Aggois where he is also a CEO. It is an AgriFinTech startup. Aggois is working on agenda of financial inclusion and digitization and focused on catering to financial requirements of farmers round the year across all crop stages. Aggois works with rural channel partners to efficiently deliver low-cost capital in a transparent and data-driven manner ensuring low delinquency rates.
